The die defines the cut of the leaf which is dependable of the shape of the cigar. Those dies are placed on machines (MBF / WBA / RCM) which places the die-cuts on bobbin material. By conventional cigarrolling machines the dies are placed direct on the machine so that the cut (leaf) will be rolled to a bunch or cigar.

Ensa has a special machine corner to produce these die-groups.

The advantages of those die-groups:

  • Constant cutting-angle

  • Constant angle for running of and running on lip.

  • Special TC-hardening for longer life time

  • very small crack between die and mandrel
