This module is developed to unwind and unload bobbines at the overrolling machines. An aiming plate (with the shape of the binder-leaf) helps the operator to control the position of the binder.

The position of the BUM can be adjusted by:

  • translation

  • rotation

  • high adjustment

The WUM can unwind all type of bobbines (materials) without any slipping.

A stainless steel box (with tap) connected with the vacuumbox separates the dirth and moisture out of the air to keep the fan clean. Also the vacuumbox is 100 % stainless steel to avoid erosion and to make cleaning easy.

 

The WUM has the following options:

  • Blow box to help to take over the leaf by the wrapper-carrier
