This module is developed to unwind and unload bobbines at the bunch machines. An aiming plate (with the shape of the binder-leaf) helps the operator to control the position of the binder.

The position of the BUM can be adjusted by:A_BUM_HTL

  • translation

  • rotation

  • high adjustment

The BUM can unwind all type of bobbines (materials) without any slipping.

As option the aiming plate can be replaced with a blow-box which helps the bindercarrier of the MIR to take over the binder from the bobbin.
