The MIRE produces a complete cigar which consists of loose filler which in rolled into a binder leaf to a bunch and overrolled with a wrapper leaf.  For the binder unwinder can be chosen for an unwinder for natural tobacco or for an unwinder for homogenized tobacco (Can easy be switched). With this machine the highest possible quality can be reached for a shortfiller cigar. This is created by a very consistent bunch, equal pressing and with a constant tension, beautiful overwrapping. Main points MIRE:
  • Closed tobacco hopper. Option: bag filling system.
  • Electronic weight control to reach a smaller weight margin. (Variation coefficient <5% for a 1 gram cigar)
  • Weight can be changed by volume and by press density in the tobacco channel.
  • A full stainless steel rolling device equipped with stainless steel bearings in order to exclude play and guarantee a long lifetime
  • Exhaust air of the machine is used for drying the bobbin material as well as drying the finished cigars ±4%, this without any extra energy costs
  • Bobbin unwinders which can be used both for woven and non-woven bobbins.
  • An electrical glue pump to apply glue with high accuracy.
