Ensa Machine Bouw builds, overhauls and produces all kind of machines and machine parts that are related to cigar manufacturing.

For MIR / MID / MIL Ensa Machine Bouw has to following activities:

• Delivery of modelparts
• Producing of new spare parts (according to Arenco documentation)
• Overhauling / reconditioning of the machines
• Development of new modelparts for a new cigar-model
• Bobbinizing of the machine
• Delivery of guarding for the machine
• Speeding up MIR machine up to 45 cigars/minute (for natural leaf and double sheet homogenised tobacco)
• Delivery of new stainless steel rollingdevices
• Delivery a tray/single loader for behind a machine (MI / AMF)
• Speeding up a bobbinized MID/MIL up to 54 (double length) cigars/minute
• Delivery of a HTL (homogenised tobacco leaf) -feeder for a speed up to 54 (double length) cigars/minute

For the Hauni variomat-s Ensa delivers an optimised drilling cam 7GS14 and a optimized drilling support cam 7GS21 to run at a higher speed (600/min) and several other spare parts. For the Variomat and SW-WV Ensa also delivers pressing yaws and plungers. For the AMF machine Ensa delivers die-groups and the cams (metric or inches) 2-79-266-B 1.2 , 2-69-266-A 1.1.
